Client Cooperation Policy:
The quality and quantity of images delivered are dependent upon the full cooperation of the client and all participants involved in the session. In the event that the client, their spouse, children, or any participating individuals are uncooperative or unwilling to participate, the number of deliverable images may be negatively impacted. Portraits By Kade is not liable for any reduction in the agreed-upon photo quantity resulting from a lack of cooperation or participation during the session.

Session Time Policy:
All sessions are scheduled for a specific time slot as agreed upon at the time of booking. Clients are expected to arrive on time or early to ensure the full use of the allotted session duration. As sessions are scheduled back-to-back, a maximum grace period of ten (10) minutes is permitted for tardiness.

If the client arrives more than ten (10) minutes past the scheduled start time, the session will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, the client will be required to submit a new deposit to secure a future session date.

Deposit and Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Portraits By Kade accepts cash and Zelle as forms of payment, unless otherwise specified. In the event that payment is not received in full, Portraits By Kade reserves the right to withhold all images until payment has been completed and verified. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are permitted one (1) reschedule per booking. Any request to reschedule must be submitted no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Last-minute cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.

Gallery Delivery and Image Selection Policy:
Portraits By Kade will deliver an online gallery of unedited images to the phone number or contact information on file. The client is responsible for selecting the number of images included in their chosen package.

The turnaround time for final edited images is dependent upon the date and time the client submits their selections. Final galleries are edited and delivered in the order sessions were completed and selections received.

Copyrights and Usage Rights: Portraits By Kade retains all copyrights, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, and sharing rights, for all photographs taken. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to print and share the photographs for personal, non-commercial use without limitation. Any commercial use or reproduction of the images requires prior written consent from Portraits By Kade. If any images belonging to Portraits By Kade are found to be used for commercial purposes without authorization, legal action may be pursued.

Digital Downloads: Online galleries provided to clients will expire three (3) months from the date the link is issued. It is the client’s responsibility to download all images within the specified timeframe. Extensions beyond the initial three-month period may be granted upon request for an additional fee.
